OUR STORY
During the pandemic and COVID-19, many students have struggled because of distance learning, and many students can't afford to get extra help. However, we want to be able to help students learn and understand because their education is extremely important. We truly want to be able to help our community and make a difference in the Bay Area.
MORE ABOUT US
Hey! We are Valerie and Sachi and are currently students in 8th grade. We have always had a passion for helping our community in different ways and helping kids learn and grow. Along with some of our peers who are listed below, we have created this tutoring program. We would love to tutor other kids online (one on one) for free as a way to help our community. Our goal is to help students learn and get better at different subjects. In the future, we would like more and more people to join with us and help other students! We can't wait to get to know you and talk to you!
HOW IT WORKS
Read below to see what you should do if you would like to book a tutoring lesson with one of our instructors.
Click the "More Info" button for the subject you want to take a lesson for.
Then, email us using the email that is listed (freetutoringonzoom@gmail.com) or you can go to the bottom of our website and fill out the information and send us a message.
After you've done this, we will contact you to schedule a time with one of our many qualified instructors and give you the Zoom link.
If you like the lesson, talk to the instructor and find a time that will continue to work for you.

Hey there! My name is Valerie, and I am currently an 8th grader at The Dorris-Eaton School. My favorite subjects are Math and Language Arts, although I love learning Spanish too. In my free time, I love to go hiking, and I also enjoy debate!
